The best part of this workout being that it does not require any equipment and can be done at home. You do not need to go to the gym to run on the treadmill again. This home cardio workout not only focuses on burning fat but if you perform this workout five days a week , it is totally okay to skip the gym because this workout can tone all your body’s muscle groups and get you in shape.

Follow this cardio workout three times a week and all you need to spend is fifteen minutes. If you don’t have time to go to the gym, then this cardio workout is perfect for you as this workout needs no equipment at all. Make sure you perform 2 sets of each exercise with a ten second break between each set. perform the second set to failure and keep increasing repetitions every week but perform to 70% of your capacity in your first set. these exercises are even more effective in torching fat  when performed in tibata method of workout. That is by doing 20 seconds of each set with a 10 second rest in between each set. And make sure you perform a few stretching exercises before you start.
