The full body conditioning workout is going to help you build muscle strength and stamina. This workout works on all major muscle groups in your body. If you are a beginner or just a level higher, this is a medium intensity workout for you. try performing this workout every alternate day and perform cardio workout every other day. Doing this workout with the cardio workout is going to help you burn fat really fast along with building muscle strength.

Perform three sets of each exercise. Increase weight load in each set and decrease the number or reps by 2 reps in the last set. the exercises do access the upper and lower body muscles so you end up conditioning your whole body with not many exercises in one day itself. It is also easy to recover as the load on each muscle is not really that heavy. Make sure you perform these exercises if you are a beginner as it will decrease the chances of injury in the longer run.
